Every year, for as long as I can remember,
the girls go out on Christmas Eve
and distribute homemade presents
to each one of our neighbors.
The gifts can be edible, and have often been,
but some years they have been keepsakes
instead of food.
Today I worked on this year's project.
I made my "stain glass" ornaments
using a picture of the sign
at the entrance to our neighborhood.
I made different ones for friends
and will be making one with an updated photo
of the girls in their Christmas Pyjamas
like the one I made several years ago.
These are different and I enjoy making them.
Looking back at those tiny faces
from years ago
always makes me smile.......
