The day after Thanksgiving
means different things
to different people.
For some it means shopping at 5 A.M.
For us it means "day after casserole".
It's another Lawrence tradition,
a kind of Holiday Sheppard's pie.
We take all the left overs
from yesterday's feast
and make the most delicious casserole.
This year Emily helped make dinner
with Dennis instructing her.
The smell and taste of this wonderful meal
will surely make you smile....
